Zhang, Yan

Yan Zhang is a counsel in the Silicon Valley and Shanghai office of O’Melveny & Myers. Yan represents public and private technology companies on a variety of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and governance, venture capital financings, public offerings, and cross-border transactions, with a particular emphasis on China-focused technology companies, including a number of companies in the clean energy field.  Yan has been providing legal advice to UCGEC since its formation and active involved in UCGEC's board and corporate governance matters.  Yan previously practiced with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in their Palo Alto office for more than five years
